Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations we hereby inform that the Members of the Company at the 01st EGM for the FY 2025-26 held on 13th February 2026 have approved the Related Party Transaction - Sale of Fixed Asset at arms length basis and authorization to Managing Director. through Special Resolution.
