Mount Everest Mineral Water: Record Date for Scheme of Amalgamation

Tata Global Beverages Ltd has informed BSE that it has fixed the Record Date as June 08, 2015 for the purpose of issue of new equity shares of Tata Global Beverages Ltd to the shareholders of Mount Everest Mineral Water Ltd in terms of the Scheme of Amalgamation.
