Blue Star Infotech Ltd has informed BSE that the Company has, on December 23, 2015, received an approval from the Competition Commission of India (CCI) for the Composite Scheme of Amalgamation between Blue Star Limited, the Company and Blue Star Infotech Business Intelligence and Analytics Private Limited.
