Bhuwalka Steel Industries: Board Meeting Deferred

Bhuwalka Steel Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors at their Meeting held on May 30, 2015, has transacted the following:

- The Audit Committee and the Board at its meeting held on May 30, 2015 could not consider the Financial Results for the Year ended March 31, 2015 and also for the Quarter ended March 31, 2015 as the statutory Auditors of the company could not complete the Audit due to the financial data being corrupted due to system failure. Hence the consideration of the said financial results has been deferred to the next Board Meeting. The date of which shall be intimated in due course.
