First Leasing Company of India: Outcome of Board Meeting

First Leasing Company of India Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on November 16, 2013, inter alia, have transacted the following:

1. Mr. Rajeeva Prakash has been appointed as Additional Director (Independent & Non-Executive) on the Board of Directors of the Company.

2. Mr. N. Ramakrishnan, Director has resigned from the Board of Directors with effect from November 16, 2013.

3. Ms. Sheetal R, has resigned from the Office of Company Secretary with effect from November 16, 2013.

4. Mr. K. Seshadri, Manager-Secretarial has been nominated as the Compliance Officer of the Company.
