India Grid Trust Rights: Execution Of Termination Deed With Sterlite Power Transmission Limited

This is to inform that India Grid Trust ("IndiGrid") and Sterlite Power Transmission Limited ("SPTL" or "Project Manager") have decided to discontinue Project Manager services for NER II Transmission Limited (NER). Accordingly the Investment Manager has executed the "Deed of Termination" dated June 30 2023 for existing Project Implementation & Management Agreement executed for NER ("NER PIMA"). Further IndiGrid Limited will continue to act as a Project Manager for NER.
