We wish to inform you that Mr. Venugopal Chetlur (DIN: 08686707) has tendered his resignation from the position of Whole-time Director of the Company w.e.f close of business hours on Wednesday March 04 2026 due to personal reasons.It is further informed that he will continue to serve the Company in the position of Chief Operating Officer (COO) and will look after the operational management of the Company.
