KPT Industries: Announcement under Regulation 30 (LODR)-Demise

Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Point 7 of Para A of Part A of Schedule III of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 we inform you with deep sorrow and pain about the sad demise of our Executive Chairman Mr. Prakash Arvind Kulkarni on 03rd January 2026 at the age of 83 years. He was the founder and Promoter-Director of KPT Industries Limited.
