With reference to the above captioned subject we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 30th June 2021 at 5:00 P.M has inter alia considered and approved the following:
i. Audited Standalone Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended 31st March 2021;
ii. Auditors Report on Audited Standalone Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended 31st March 2021;
We had submitted financial on 30th June 2021. However we received a mail from BSE to resubmit the same alongwith statement of impact of auditors qualifications. Thus we are hereby resubmitting the financials with statement of impact of auditors qualifications.
