A. 30th June 2019 instead of 30 June 2020 Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 30 & 33 of the SEBI(LODR) Regulations 2015 we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today i.e. Monday 14th September 2020 has inter-alia approved the following: C.Unaudited Financial Results of the company for the quarter ended 30th June 2020.
