Gajanan Securities Services: Clarification On Price Movement

Dear Sir/Madam This is in response to the Clarification sought by you on 08th January 2026 with reference to price movement.We wish to inform you that the Company has duly complied and made all the necessary disclosure pursuant to the applicable regulations of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 and has never withheld any material information/event that would have had any bearing on the price/volume behaviour of the Companys scrip. Further we would like to reterate that the company will continue to comply/adherence the disclosure within the stipulated time. we are therefore of the opinion that the price movement is solely market driven and the Company has nothing to do with this.
