We wish to inform your that Rule 4(1)(iii) of the Companies (Indian Accounting Standards) Rules, 2015 is applicable to the Companies from the accounting period beginning 1st April, 2017, As per SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFD/FAC/62/2016 dated 5th July, 2016, the Company has a timeline up to 14th September, 2017 for submitting the Financial Results for the quarter ending 30th June, 2017.
Pursuant to the Regulation 29 of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (Listing Regulations) this is to inform you that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on, Wednesday, the 13th September, 2017 to, inter alia, consider and approve the Un - Audited Financial Results as per IND-AS alongwith the Limited Review Report of the auditor for the quarter ended on 30th June, 2017 amongst other items mentions in the agenda.
Further, as per the Code of Conduct for Regulating and Monitor Trading by Insiders and Code of Practices & Procedures for Fair Disclosures of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information adopted by the Company, pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and any modification (s) thereof, the trading window of the Company shall remain closed of business of 5th September, 2017 till 15th September, 2017 (both days inclusive).
