In continuation to our earlier letter dated 27th January 2020 intimating about the Board Meeting of the Company to be held today i.e. 13th February 2020 to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Result for the Quarter ended 31st December 2019 stands adjourned due to lack of quorum.
At this juncture we wish to inform you that till 03.30 PM today the required quorum was not present for the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company. Hence for want of quorum the meeting automatically stands adjourned to the same day same place next week as per the provisions of Section 174(4) of the Companies Act 2013.
