Re-submission of the Compliance Certificate under Regulation 7(3) of SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 issued by our Registrar & Share Transfer Agent i.e. Kfin Technologies Limited (Formerly known as Kfin Technologies Private Limited) & duly signed by the Managing Director (Compliance Officer) of the Company & also by the Authorised representative of our Registrar & Share Transfer Agent for the financial year ended on March 31st 2024Earlier Compliance was filed without the signature of the Compliance Officer due to an oversight error.We hereby further confirm that we firmly believe in the compliance management as per the requirement of SEBI Corporate & allied laws & will comply with the aforementioned observations in upcoming compliances as per the requirements.
