Pursuant to Sections 108 and 110 of the Companies Act 2013 read with the rules made there under and regulation 44 of the SEBI(LODR) Regulations 2015 attached the outcome of the Postal Ballot with the Scrutinizers report for the approval of Resolution set out in the Postal Ballot notice dated November 05 2025.
