With reference to the earlier announcement regarding Financial Results for March 31, 2013, Unity Infraprojects Ltd has now informed BSE that there was a typo error in the column headings / title for the quarterly results. Also the details for non-encumbered shares were inadvertently not provided.
The results for the quarter ended March 31, 2012 as well as March, 2013 are audited results.
In this regard, the Company has submitted to BSE corrected Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2013 with Auditors Report.
