This is in continuation of our earlier intimation dated 31st August 2019 regarding the filing of civil appeal before the Honble Supreme Court challenging the order dated 16.08.2019 passed by the National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCALT). We would like to further update that Honble Supreme Court while issuing notice in the civil appeal has been pleased to stay the liquidation proceedings of Amtek Auto Limited.
