1.The Board was informed that Mr. Rajinder Kumar Bhatia Non-Executive Independent Director of the Company has completed his term of 5 Years as an Independent Director of the Company on 26th August 2026. Accordingly pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 the Board took note that Mr. Rajinder Kumar Bhatia ceased to be a Director of the Company with immediate effect. 2.Board take note of the resignation given by Mr. Ajay Kumar Sharma from the post of Independent Director of the Company.3.approved the appointment of Mrs Harnarinder Deep Kaur as an Additional Independent Director of the company .4.approved the appointment of Mr. Balwinder Khurana as an Additional Independent Director of the company
