Anil: Board to consider Dividend

Anil Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 17, 2016, inter alia, to consider financial statements and to publish / submit the financial results for the quarter / year ended March 31, 2016, to recommend dividend if any, to review business activities of the Company.

Further, as required under the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for the Company?s Directors / officers and designated employees of the Company from May 09, 2016 till May 18, 2016 (both days inclusive) in view of the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company scheduled to be held on May 17, 2016, inter alia, to consider and take on record the Audited Financial Results for the year / quarter ended March 31, 2016.
