Zigma Software: Board Meeting Intimation for Results & Closure of Trading Window

Zigma Software Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on November 12, 2016 inter-alia, to consider and approve the Un-audited Financial Results of the Company and Limited Review Report by Statutory Auditors for the quarter ended September 30, 2016.

Further, pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the Companys Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders, the trading window for purchase / sale of shares of the Company is closed for Board Members and Designated Persons w.e.f. November 04, 2016.

The trading window will be open upon the expiry of 48 hours of the newspaper publication of the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended 30th September, 2016
