Integra Telecommunication And Software: Closure of Trading Window

Dear AllPlease note as provisions of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 (as amended from time to time) and the Companys Insider Trading Rules the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed for all Designated Persons and their immediate relatives after the closure of Trading hours on BSE on 31st March 2023.The Trading Window shall open 48 hours after the declaration of audited Financial Results for the quarter & year ended on 31st March 2023 to the Stock Exchange.
