IDream Film Infrastructure Company: Announcement under Regulation 30 (LODR)-Open Offer - Updates

This is to inform you that IDream Film Infrastructure Company Limited (Target Company) has received the Observation Letter No. I/5888/2026 dated February 26 2026 from the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) in relation to the Draft Letter of Offer filed for the Open Offer made by Northvale Capital Partners PTE Limited (the Acquirer) along with PAC-1 PAC-2 PAC-3 PAC-4 PAC-5 PAC-6 (Collectively referred as Persons Acting in Concert with the Acquirer) for acquisition of up to 7 03 43 853 fully paid-up equity shares of face value of Rs.10 each of IDream Film Infrastructure Company Limited and change in control of the Target Company in favor of the Acquirer in terms of the SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations 2011.
