Vijay Shanthi Builders: Closure of Trading Window

We would like to inform you that the Meeting if the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Thursday the 30th May 2019 at the Registered Office of the Company at 4.30 p.m. to transact the following:
1. To Consider and approve the audited financial results of the Company for the quarter and year ended 31st March 2019.
Further the trading window in respect of the Companys Securities shall remain closed for all the Directors/ officers/Designated Employees of the Company from the opening of the Trading hours on 23rd May 2019 till the close of the trading hours of 3rd June 2019 as per the code of internal procedure and Conduct of Prevention of Insider Trading adopted by the Company read with Regulation 8 of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015.
