Monday February 9 2026 has inter-alia approved the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the third quarter and nine months ended December 31 2025 subjected to Limited Review by M/s S R B C & Co. LLP Chartered Accountants Statutory Auditors of the Company and declared Interim Dividend at the rate of Rs. 21/- per share (face value Rs. 2/- per share) for financial year 2025-26.
