Pursuant to the applicable provisions of Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosures Requirements) Regulations 2015 this is to inform you that Registrar of Companies NCT of Delhi & Haryana vide its order no. ROC/Delhi/AGM Ext./2020/11538 dated 8th September 2020 have given a general extension to all the Companies within its jurisdiction which are unable to hold Annual General Meeting for the Financial Year ended on 31st March 2020 due to difficulties faced in view of COVID-19 pandemic by a period of three months from the due date by which the AGM ought to have been held in accordance with the provisions of sub-section (1) of section 96 of the Companies Act 2013.
