HB Leasing & Finance Company Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 10/02/2026 inter alia to consider and approve the Un-audited Financial Results for the third quarter and nine months ended on 31st December 2025. Further to our notice dated 23rd December 2025 the trading window for dealing in Equity Shares of the Company shall remain closed for the Designated Persons and their immediate relatives until 12th February 2026 i.e. 48 hours after the declaration of Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the third quarter and nine months ended on 31st December 2025.
