Deep Diamond India: Closure of Trading Window

Pursuant to Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) (Amendment) Regulations 2015 read with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading (Amendment) Regulations 2018 including the Second Amendment in the said Regulations dated July 25 2019 we wish to inform you that the Trading Window for dealing in equity shares of the Company shall remain closed from trading hours of April 01 2026 till 48 hours after the declaration of Audited Financial Results for the Quarter and Financial year ended March 31 2026 for all the Designated Persons and their Immediate Relatives.
