Surya India: Closure of Trading Window

This is to inform you that as per the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 and any other applicable regulations if any as amended from time to time the "Trading Window" for dealing in securities of Surya India Limited ("the Company") will remain closed for Designated Persons and Persons having access to the Unpublished Price Sensitive Information from Wednesday 01st day of July 2026 up to the completion of 48 hours from the date of declaration of the un-audited financial results of the Company for the quarter ending on 30th June 2026. The details of the date of Board Meeting to be held for the consideration and approval of the un-audited financial results for the quarter ending 30th June 2026 shall be intimated in due course of time.
