Fulford India Ltd has informed BSE that the Company has received a letter dated May 30, 2015 from Morgan Stanley India Company Private Limited (appointed as Manager to Delisting Offer by the Acquirer) in relation to the Public Announcement for voluntary delisting along with copy of the Public Announcement.
