Libord Securities: Closure of Trading Window

As per Companys Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading framed pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 the Trading Window for dealing in equity shares of the Company shall remain closed for all Designated Persons and their immediate relatives from January 1 2026 till end of 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended December 31 2025.
