Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirement) Regulations 2015 we wish to inform that Committee of Creditors in its meeting held on December 26 2025 has approved to seek extension of CIRP period by -120- days accordingly on an application made by the Resolution Professional to grant extension of -120- days to complete the CIRP process the Honble NCLT Hyderabad bench vide its order dated. 6-1-2026 has granted extension of CIRP period by -120- days. The copy of the order of Honble NCLT is attached herewith for information.
