In compliance to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, it is to inform that pursuance to Ministry of Power letter no. 9/1/2017-NHPC dated 05.07.2018, Shri Janardan Choudhary has assumed the charge of Director (Technical) of the Company w.e.f. 05.07.2018 for a period of five years, or till the date of superannuation, or until further orders, whichever is the earliest.
