With reference to our earlier notice of Annual General Meeting dated May 28, 2014 & August 02, 2014. Gulshan Polyols Ltd has now informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company has approved second supplementary notice to AGM notice, in their meeting held on August 22, 2014.
In this regard, the Company is submitting the copy of this second (2nd) Supplementary Notice to the Notice of 14th Annual General Meeting of the Company scheduled to be held on September 20, 2014 at 11.30 a.m. at Lala Gulshan Rai Jain Charitable Trust Dharamshala, 54, Gher Khatti, New Mandi, Muzaffarnagar - 251001 (U.P.)
