in accordance with the Companys Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading as framed under the SEBI (Prevention of insider Trading Regulations) 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in Securities of the Company will remain closed from 08.02.2019 to 14.02.2019 (both days inclusive), interalia, for the purpose of announcement of the un-audited financial results for quarter ended 31st December, 2018. The trading window will re-open from 15. 02.2019
