Media Matrix Worldwide: Closure of Trading Window

This is to inform you that in compliance of the provision of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 (PIT Regulations) and the Companys "Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Regulating Monitoring and Reporting of Trading in Securities by Designated Persons" ("the Code") the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company for all the Designated Persons including their immediate relatives and other Insiders as per the Code shall remain closed with effect from Tuesday September 30 2025 for the purpose of consideration of the Un-audited Financial Results both standalone and consolidated for the Second quarter and half year ending September 30 2025 and shall re-open after expiry of 48 hours from the declaration of the aforesaid Financial Results of the Company.
