In continuation of our letter no. LTI/SE/STAT/2021-22/73 we wish to inform that pursuant to Regulation 42 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 if the Board of Directors declare an interim dividend in the ensuing Board meeting scheduled on October 18 2021 the record date for ascertaining the names of the shareholders who will be entitled to receive the interim dividend for FY2021-22 shall be Tuesday October 26 2021.
