Vikas EcoTech Ltd has informed BSE that the Executive Committee of Board at their meeting held on February 29, 2016 has appointed Ms. Pooja Jain as Compliance officer of the Company in place of Ms. Gayatri Chawla w.e.f March 01, 2016 in terms of Regulation 6 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
