Informed Technologies India Ltd has informed BSE that the Board Meeting of the Company will be held on August 07, 2015, to consider and approve the Un-audited Financial Results of the Company For the quarter ended June 30, 2015.
Further, pursuant to Companies 'Code of Conduct in terms of SEBI (Prevention of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015' the Trading Window of the Company shall remain closed from July 29, 2015 upto 48 hours after the information is submitted to Stock Exchange on August 07, 2015.
