Pursuant to Regulation 30(read with Part A of Schedule III) and other applicable provisions of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation 2015 we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of Innova Captab Limited at its meeting held today i.e. on Friday 23rd January 2026 inter alia considered the declaration of dividend.
