The Board of Directors of our Company has recommended a final dividend on Equity shares@ 20% (i.e. Rs. 02.00/perEquity Share of Rs.10.00/- each) for the Financial Year ended March 31 2023.The recommended dividend is subject to the approval of members in the ensuing 32nd Annual General Meeting of thecompany.
