Pursuant to Regulation 7(3) of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation 2015 we hereby certify compliance with Regulation 7(2) for the half year ended September 30 2019 and certify that:
a) Monnet Industries Limited the listed entity has appointed MCS Share Transfer Agents Limited having their office at F-65 Okhla Industrial Area Phase-I New Delhi-110020 as Registrar and Share Transfer Agent;
b) MCS Share Transfer Agents Limited are handling and are responsible for all activities in relation to share transfer facilities and related work of Monnet Industries Limited;
c) Monnet Industries Limited does not have any in-house share transfer facility; and
d) That half year of Monnet Industries Limited has been ended on September 30 2019.
In this regard a Compliance Certificate dated 05.10.2019 duly signed by the Company Secretary and Registrar and Share Transfer Agent is enclosed herewith.
