Satra Properties (India) Limited has informed the exchange regarding the submission of newspaper cuttings in respect of delisting of its equity shares (w.e.f. Tuesday March 24 2026) in accordance with the resolution plan approved by the Mumbai bench of National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) vide its order delivered on July 26 2024 and March 26 2025 passed under Section 31 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code 2016 (Code or IBC).
