Qgo Finance: Redemption Of 200 Unlisted Unsecured Redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures (Ncds)

This is reference to our earlier disclosure dated May 20 2019 with respect to the allotment of 100 Unlisted Unsecured Redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures(NCDs) having face value of Rs. 1 00 000 each aggregating to Rs. 1 00 00 000 on private placement basis and dated December 12 2019 with respect to the allotment of 100 Unlisted Unsecured Redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) having face value of Rs. 1 00 000 each aggregating to Rs. 1 00 00 000 on private placement basis. The NCDs were issued for a tenure of 7 Years from the date of allotment. In accordance with the terms of issue and upon completion of the lock-in-period on May 19 2023 and December 11 2023 the NCD holder requested redemption of 200 NCDs. Accordingly the Company has redeemed 200 Unsecured Redeemable NCDs of the face value of Rs. 1 00 000 each aggregating to Rs. 2 00 00 000 on March 09 2026. The principal along with the applicable interest has been duly paid to NCD holder through RTGS on the same date.
