This is to inform that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today i.e. Monday May 15 2023 has inter-alia approved a final dividend on equity shares at the rate of 10% i.e. Re. 1.00/- per equity share of Rs. 10/- each for the financial year ended March 31 2023.The above-mentioned dividend if approved by the shareholders in the ensuing annual general meeting shall be paid within 30 days of such approval.
