This is to inform that 29th Annual General Meeting of PUROHIT CONSTRUCTION LIMITED is scheduled to be held on Wednesday September 30 2020 at 4:00 P.M hours through Video Conferencing (VC)/Other Audio-Visual Means (OAVM) in accordance with the relevant circulars issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs and the Securities and Exchange Board of India.

Please find enclosed herewith copy of the Notice convening 29th AGM of the Company. The same will be made available on the Companys website at www.purohitconstruction.com.

The details such as manner of (i) registering / updating email addresses (ii) casting vote through e-voting and (iii) attending the AGM through VC / OAVM has been set out in the Notice of the AGM.

Additionally pursuant to Regulation 42 and 44 of SEBl (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 following are the cut off and E-voting dates for the said AGM.
