We write with reference to our earlier intimation dated February 02 2026 wherein the Company had informed about the decision of the Board of Directors to incorporate a Wholly Owned Subsidiary (WOS) in Hong Kong to support the Companys critical procurement functions and enhance supply chain resilience within the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region. In this regard we wish to inform that the WOS has now been incorporated under the name and style "Ather Energy Hong Kong Limited" on September 21 2026.
