Punj Lloyd: Closure of Trading Window

In compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 as amended up to date it is hereby informed that "trading window" for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed for "Designated Persons" having access to Unpblished Price Sensitive information until 48 hours after the declaration of the financial results for the Quarter ending on March 31 2026. The date of announcement of financial results for the quarter ending on March 31 2026 will be intimated in due course.
