Leo Dryfruits & Spices Trading: Announcement under Regulation 30 (LODR)-Memorandum of Understanding /Agreements

We wish to inform you that Leo Dryfruits & Spices Trading Limited ("the Company") through its subsidiary Vandu Food Processing Private Limited (VFPPL) has entered into a Supply Agreement with Haldiram Marketing Private Limited (Part of Haldiram Group) w.e.f. 19/03/2026.VFPPL shall undertake processing and supply of processed cashew nuts related products and other food products in accordance with specifications quality standards and instructions provided by Haldiram.
