Helios and Matheson Information Technology Ltd has informed BSE that Mr. K. M. Kumar, Company Secretary, had resigned from his position in the company and he was relieved as at the close of business hours on April 30, 2015. Consequently he also ceased to be the compliance officer of the company from May 29, 2015.
