Mr. Amol Ashok Mandlik and Mr. Kalidas Vishnu Jadhav have been appointed as Whole-Time Directors of the Company for a period of 1 (One) Year w.e.f. 31 October 2023 and Occupier of the Factory of Videocon Industries Limited situated at Chittegaon and Warora respectively in pursuance to the approval of the committee of creditors of the Company at its meeting held on 17 October 2023.
